O PRAZO para ENVIO DAS ENCOMENDAS é contabilizado a partir do dia em que a transferência bancária ou pagamento paypal dão entrada na nossa conta bancária.
A partir desta data, a Lemon Hair Lovers assegura que no prazo máximo de 30 dias a encomenda será enviada (situações em que há stocks variáveis).
O procedimento normal é o envio acontecer no prazo de 3-4 dias úteis. Pela situação atual causada pelo Covid-19, as encomendas têm um envio estimado de 10-14 dias.

Pedidos de envios urgentes deverão ser esclarecidos e solicitados por email – info@lemonhairlovers.com – e acresce o custo do envio urgente.

Levantamento de encomendas nos nossos pontos de venda: deverá aguardar a confirmação da marca que a encomenda estará disponível para levantamento. – Neste momento não está disponível esta opção, sem data prevista para retorno.

Quando a encomenda é devolvida por “não reclamação do objeto” na estação de correios ou por “morada desconhecida” devido à falta de algum item do destinatário aquando da redação dos dados na nossa loja online, o pagamento do reenvio fica expressamente a cargo do cliente. – pagamento do reenvio no valor de portes em vigor à data do reenvio através de transferência bancária; mbway ou paypal.
Apenas asseguramos o reenvio de encomendas cuja falha foi causada por lapsos da parte da marca.
A Lemon Hair Lovers só é responsável pela encomenda ATÉ À DATA DE ENTRADA NOS CTT, posteriormente, o cliente tem o Nr de registo e deverá seguir a encomenda e/ou fazer reclamações em caso de alguma anomalia. TROCAS E DEVOLUÇÕES:

As trocar poderão decorrer com sucesso mediante a entrega do produto em perfeita condição conforme foi vendido – com a respetiva embalagem e identificação da marca. Não se efetuam trocas/devoluções de artigos alterados, usados ou danificados por mau uso dos mesmos. Os artigos comprados online poderão ser trocados nas lojas físicas e vice-versa. As lojas físicas e a loja online trabalham com stocks diferentes e estão sujeitas a regulamentos de trocas/devoluções diferentes:

Lojas Físicas: Na troca realizada na loja física, o cliente tem 14 dias seguidos após a expedição/compra do artigo para a poder efetuar. Agradecemos que confirme sempre os horários das lojas.
Em compras nas lojas físicas não fazemos a devolução em dinheiro, cartão multibanco ou cartão de crédito. O valor será devolvido num cartão Lemon com a duração de 3 anos que poderá ser utilizado em lojas físicas ou no site (loja online). Caso o cliente troque por artigos de valor inferior, o valor remanescente também será devolvido em cartão Oferta Lemon.

Como fazer trocas em lojas físicas: deverá levar o artigo conforme em perfeitas condições, juntamente com os emails e/ou comprovativo de compra.
